Frequently Asked Questions
How do I convert a webpage to a Word document? ▼
Paste the page URL and click Scan. The tool detects the header menu, main content and footer menu. Tick the parts you want, choose whether to include links, buttons and images, preview the result, then click Download Word to get a formatted .docx file.
Can I extract only the main content, without the header and footer? ▼
Yes. The scanner separates the header menu, the main content between the header and footer, and the footer menu — so you can export just the main content if that is all you need.
Does the Word file keep the links and buttons? ▼
If you turn on the Links and Buttons toggles, every link is added with its clickable URL and every button label is captured, grouped under their own headings in the document.
Why are images shown as text references? ▼
To keep documents lightweight and avoid copying copyrighted media, images are listed as their alt text and source URL rather than embedded. You can paste those URLs into your browser to view them.
Is there a limit? ▼
The tool is free with no login. To keep it fast for everyone, there is a fair-use limit of 20 scans per visitor per day.
